Road & Bridge Levy Information

The Homer Township Trustees have placed a 2.5 mill road and bridge levy on the ballot for the next election.

This levy will replace the levy that expired at the end of 2019. Since the levy expired, no property taxes for  the levy were assessed in 2020 and none have been assessed for 2021.

If the levy  passes, home owners would pay the same rate of $87.50 per year per $100,000 valuation as they did for the levy that expired in 2019.  The levy would be assessed for 2021 and paid in 2022. This is a five year levy.
